We facilitate transactions between users but do not directly sell vehicles ourselves.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Dealer Listings

Dealers are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete vehicle information
Maintaining current inventory and pricing
Responding to buyer inquiries promptly
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
Ensuring vehicle condition and history accuracy

User-Generated Content

Users may post reviews, comments, and other content. You agree that:

Content must be accurate and truthful
You have the right to post such content
Content does not violate any third-party rights
VamCar may remove content that violates these Terms

6. Transactions and Payments

Vehicle Transactions

VamCar facilitates connections between buyers and dealers but is not a party to vehicle transactions
All vehicle purchases are direct transactions between buyers and dealers
VamCar is not responsible for the quality, condition, or delivery of vehicles
Disputes between buyers and dealers should be resolved directly between the parties

Platform Fees

Some services may require payment of fees
Fees are clearly disclosed before service use
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the VamCar platform, including software, design, content, and trademarks, are and shall remain the exclusive property of VamCar.

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant VamCar a license to use, display, and distribute such content on our platform.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

VamCar provides its services "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind.

We make no representations or guarantees regarding:

The accuracy of vehicle information provided by dealers
The availability of vehicles or services
The outcome of transactions between users
The quality or condition of vehicles

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of data.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding six (6) months.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Provide accurate and truthful information
Respect the rights of other users
Not use the platform for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
Report suspicious or inappropriate activity
Maintain appropriate security for your account

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VamCar, its officers, directors, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

Your interactions with other users
